My daughter really loves it! She is an exact size 4 and it fit her to the tee so I would say that the dress fits true to size...just make sure you check your measurements and compare to their size chart before ordering. Shipping was very fast I ordered on friday and had the dress by Wednesday. It even came with a matching satin wrap which was a nice surprise.
