I am so pleased - pleased with this beautiful dress and pleased with the amazing service I received. I ordered this dress and received it promptly. Unfortunately, it was too big and I didn't care for the color. So I wrote the company, they told me how to do an exchange, and they did exactly what they said they would do. They sent out my new dress, in the eggplant color and a smaller size, the very day they received my other dress. I've just received it - today, in fact! - and this dress fits beautifully! And it was only eight days ago that I sent the other dress back.

As far as other comments regarding the sizing and the one review who stated the quality was sub-par, I would have to disagree. In my situation, the size was very true. I ordered a larger size based on the reviews that I read, and it turned out to be too big. My usual size worked perfectly. It doesn't even need shortened. This could be a gorgeous dress if it was made with quality material and workmanship. Looks great from a distance, but too many flaws close up. It was made in China, and it just does not even come close to my expectations based on other dresses I tried on and/or saw in department stores. I was very dissappointed. I thought about taking it to a seamstress to see if it could be improved/fixed somehow, but decided not to waste any more money.
