I thought they looked pretty in the picture online, and they were even more gorgeous when they arrived. The satin is pretty and elegant; the embelishment on the front is also sparkly and beautiful, without being too flashy. Based on another customer review that said they run small, I ordered a half size larger, but they were a little too big. I sent them back & exchanged them for my actual size & they fit perfectly. They are a bit stiff when you put them on for the first time, but once they're worn for a little while, they're comfortable. Frankly, I think this is the tightest 7.5M I've ever tried on. It is also an extremely uncomfortable, scratchy shoe. The upper's trim around the edge was rough, scratchy and likely to raise blisters.
