This review is from: Ball Gown Elegant Formal Prom Dress #2558 (Apparel) The dress is perfect. The size chart is very accurate. I added a medium full petticoat underneath to give the dress a nice shape and it certainly helped. I am 5'9" and with 3" heels the dress hem is a perfect length. It does not drag on the ground and you can walk easily without having to hold the dress up.
