(I ordered the black and white.) Not sure if the description mentions that it comes with an ivory chiffon scarf/shawl. From the photos it's hard to see how much ruching there is on the bodice - as another reviewer noted, this does add a bit of "thickness" around the torso (though for those of us who are no longer prom dress age - *cough20threunioncough* - that does also camouflage little bulges). I also couldn't tell from the photo that the skirt is a full circle - awesome for dancing! I see why others have noted it is snug through the hips (I'm a 10/12 pants size and the L just fits my hips), although because of the ruched style, one could just move the hipline seam up a bit over her hipbones if needed (letting the length of the bodice scrunch slightly more). Just one advice-take one size larger than you normally wear.
