They came and we wanted put them up the day before her birthday. We took them out of the package they were a bundle of tissue paper. We looked at the instructions they called easy, maybe I'm not artistic but we ruined 2 on step 3! Those things are impossible to turn into pom poms. We stayed up until 12 trying to put them together but every single time they ended up looking like balls of paper. |
